There are a variety of contingencies described in the OREF Residential Real Estate Purchase Agreement. The removal of these contingencies, whether by action or by silence, is an important factor towards moving the transaction to the closing table. Each contingency found in the sale agreement has specific requirements that must be met before the contingency will be removed.
This 1-hour video course explains how to remove common contingencies found in the OREF sale agreement.
