This course is designed to fulfill the requirements for continuing education set forth by the SAFE Act and the State of Idaho. During this one-hour course we will spend a short amount of time reviewing the structure of Idaho's Department of Finance (DOF), go over important definitions of terms, review Idaho's license and law regulations, go in-depth into compliance issues specific to Idaho law including a case study based on real-world enforcement actions, conduct an examination of Idaho disciplinary actions, and finish with a short section on Idaho's unique state laws and policies.
