Real Estate Courses
Students who complete these courses are eligible to receive Iowa Continuing Education credit. Your course completion certificate will be processed within your course and will also be available on the IAR website when you log on to "My Account."
Your Keynote Series course will need to be completed within 45 days of purchase. Completion includes a final exam score of 90% or better.
The Iowa Real Estate Commission requires that you renew your real estate license every three years. A maximum of 24 hours per renewal period can be taken online. Click here for Salesperson and Broker renewal information.
