Video-based Courses
Rhode Island REALTORS® is pleased to offer 4-credit and 6-credit online courses approved for RI license renewal. Students who complete these courses are eligible to receive CE credit unless otherwise noted.
Your Keynote Series course will need to be completed within 45 days of purchase.
Prior to the renewal of any RI license, all licensees not specifically exempted by, shall make a positive affirmation, either in writing or electronically, certifying under penalty of perjury to the Department that the licensee has attended and successfully completed during the preceding two-(2) year period, twenty-four (24) clock hours of real estate-oriented educational sessions or courses of instruction. At least six (6) of the twenty-four (24) clock hours must be classified as core courses with at least three (3) of the nine (9) core subject area clock hours must be in Federal, Rhode Island, and local law pertaining to fair housing and the treatment of any individual in a protected class as designated in the Rhode Island Fair Housing Practices Act, R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 34-37. Please note the below course, Fair Housing & Beyond is CORE and fulfills the RI Fair Housing Requirement.

REALTORS® are required to complete Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training timeline.
This requirement is in addition to the Code of Ethics training. Qualified training must be of not less than 2 hours of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. This requirement began January 1, 2025 with a deadline of December 31, 2027.
