Anti-Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation (Oregon) Supervisor Training

Employers have an obligation to provide and post a written workplace anti-harassment policy to all employees in compliance with the Oregon Workplace Fairness Act. This training will support employers in bringing knowledge and understanding to their staff regarding workplace harassment, examine the work culture of their teams, and provide preventative tools to ensure a productive and happy workplace free of harassment and discrimination.

This session will cover:
