GRI 109 - Residential Real Estate Finance

This GRI course will detail practical techniques for financing single-family homes and condominiums. You will gain an understanding of the financing programs to assist clients in obtaining financing, along with learning creative financing alternatives. This course is designed to enable you to assist consumers to find suitable financing programs to their financial condition.

These courses will be towards achieving your GRI Designation, which does not expire nor need to be renewed. This is a nationally recognized designation for REALTORS®.
