GRI 113 - Real Property, Tax and Exchanging

This GRI course is designed to enable you to become familiar with the term basis and calculation of gain or loss on sales. You will understand the conditions with tax-deferred exchanges and installment sales. Also, you will recognize various potential tax problems and gain an understanding of various Federal tax laws and how they apply to the taxation of real property.

These courses will be towards achieving your GRI Designation, which does not expire nor need to be renewed. This is a nationally recognized designation for REALTORS®.
