The Code of Ethics

This course focuses on the standards of ethical conduct in the practice of real estate. We will look at the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice along with various federal and state laws that govern the conduct applicable to the practice of real estate. This class also includes detailed discussions on the licensee’s ethical conduct with respect to clients and customers, their duty to the public, and their duty to fellow Realtors.
