This package of courses contains 28 hours of OnlineEd Oregon real estate continuing education for real estate licensees who have completed the free 2-hour continuing education course, Using Oregon REALTORS® Forms offered by Oregon REALTORS® (OR). These 28 hours of credits will make up the remaining 30 hours of education needed to renew an Oregon real estate license for the second or subsequent time.
Licensees who are renewing their Oregon real estate license for the first time are required to complete a 27-hour course as mandated by the Oregon Real Estate Agency as well as the 3-hour Law and Rule Required Course. These courses are also for sale from OnlineEd.

The common law fiduciary duty of disclosure is explored along with the trend towards more expansive disclosure standards.
