This course is designed to prepare candidates to take the exam to become a state-licensed mortgage loan originator in Maryland under the Commissioner of the Office of Financial Regulation (OFR), part of the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (DLLR). This 5-hour course covers state-specific rules and regulations in Maryland, and is required as part of the 20 hours of prelicensure education needed to become a Maryland licensed mortgage loan originator.
