BBA's as Law? How Washington Brokers are Navigating Required Buyer Broker Agreements

Starting January 1st, 2024, Washington law requires brokerage service agreements for when representing buyers in residential transactions. Hear from our panel of seasoned Washington real estate professionals on how they're navigating this change, how they're talking to agents and clients, and the opportunities and challenges that come with this type of legislation.
