Mold: Protecting Yourself and Your Clients

Mold is everywhere and so are the potential liabilities for agents, property managers, sellers and landlords from failing to disclose mold, failing to prevent mold, and failing to properly address mold in a property.

This course will provide real estate agents, property managers, landlords and sellers with the information necessary to assure that they are fulfilling their obligations to their clients, tenants, buyers and sellers when addressing mold in a real estate sale or lease.
