We can no longer afford to ignore these types of disasters and pretend they could never happen to us or to our communities.
This course is designed to help real estate professionals prepare for most man-made disasters, from pandemics and active shooters to cyberattacks and power outages. The secret to surviving man-made disasters is taking the necessary steps now to prepare. The course examines eight man-made disasters in detail and goes over strategies for preparing, surviving, and recovering.

The course goes over the many government, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations that offer disaster assistance and relief.
