This course is organized by looking at the structure from the exterior, the interior, the major house systems, and environmental hazards. The course also examines the role of the licensee in the inspection process, the seller, and agent property disclosure requirements and the buyer's obligations with respect to reliance upon a seller's representations as to the condition of the property.
This course is composed of 4 hours of reading material. The course is divided into five segments. Review quizzes are at the end of each segment.
At the end of the course, a final examination is required. The final exam is administered online.
