The course topics are divided into modules and chapters. At the end of each chapter is a short quiz to test your comprehension of the chapter's topics. At the end of each module is a study guide that summarizes the important points from each chapter in the module as well as an optional study test to help you retain the information presented in the module.
At the end of the 60-hour course is a final exam in multiple-choice format with a passing score of 70%. Students are allowed to attempt the final exam as many times as necessary to meet the minimum passing score. Each attempt at the final exam will contain a different set of test questions than the prior attempt.
The Washington Department of Licensing requires that students meet the minimum 60 hours of study time before accessing the final exam.

This advanced contract law course builds upon the basic principles of contract law. In this advanced contracts course, the licensee will build upon their basic contract law knowledge to include concepts beyond the basics. The licensee will be introduced to the numerous problems which may arise in the formation, interpretation, and performance of a contract which may affect its validity. The licensee will also learn how the concepts of assignment and delegation may apply to a real estate related contract.
