Real estate brokers, often utilize the assistance of unlicensed personnel, but there still exists a great deal of confusion as to those activities in which unlicensed assistants, including unlicensed transaction coordinators may legally participate.
Understanding the rules about what an unlicensed transaction coordinator is allowed or not allowed to do can keep a brokerage out of trouble. This course will provide an unlicensed real estate transaction coordinator with a basic overview of the guidelines issued by the Department of Real Estate. Students will have a clear definition of what they are allowed to do and not authorized to do as it relates to a real estate transaction.
This is a required course for all unlicensed transaction coordinators to complete the Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC) program.
