Course Details

This online video course is divided into 12 sections. The topics for each section are:

1. Your Ability Assessment & Anchor
2. Happiness vs Success
3. Success vs Failure
4. Emotional Intelligence
5. Mindfulness Leadership Thinking
6. Purpose, Vision & Sensorize
7. Buy-in and Delegation
8. Being Stuck and Fear
9. Communication
10. Listening
11. Self Management
12. Gratitude & Legacy

Each section contains a series of video presentations and a corresponding chapter in the student workbook. Students will watch each video and complete the workbook exercises to help reinforce the learning objectives for that module.

At the end of the course, students will send two activity sheets via email to the course instructor, Coni Meyers. After reviewing the activity sheets and ensuring that the student understands the concepts presented in the course, a Kickbutt Leadership Mindfulness Certificate will be emailed to the student. Students who complete the course are also invited to participate in a 1-hour Kickbutt consultation with Coni to address any questions or concerns with implementing the course information into their own leadership styles.
