When You Come to the Fork in the Road - TAKE IT

A lively overview of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, this hands-on course examines ethical business practice in every day real estate business situations — what’s allowed, what’s not and WHY! Includes ethics, arbitration of money disputes, and the process for enforcing ethical standards amongst REALTORS®. This class counts for 2.5 hours of continuing education credit and meets the NAR COE Biennial Requirement. This class was originally recorded on 08/01/2018, and is a recording of a live class.

Course Content

This online course is approximately two-and-a-half hours long. It consists of a prerecorded live presentation divided into 11 sections. Each video must be watch in its entirety to move onto the next video. A course completion certificate for Oregon CE credit will be issued after completing the course.
