How to renew your Guam real estate license

Real estate licenses expire every 4 years. Persons renewing a real estate salesperson license for the first time must complete 45 hours of continuing education before applying for renewal. For subsequent renewals, only 24 total hours are required, divided into 12 hours every 2 years. To apply for renewal, mail all course completion certificates to the Department of Revenue and Taxation (Real Estate Licensing Division).
