Kansas Real Estate Continuing Education Info

To renew a real estate Salesperson or Broker license, licensees must complete 12 hours of continuing education (CE). This must include 3 hours from the Kansas Required Core course and 9 hours of electives. Licenses must be renewed every two years. Licensees may only take one 3-hour "appraisal" course per renewal period.

How To Renew Your Kansas Real Estate License

The Kansas Real Estate Commission MyLicense E-Gov Website

After completing all of your CE courses, log into the MyLicense E-Gov website and click "Renew License." Follow the prompts to renew and pay the renewal fee that corresponds to your license type.

Renewal Period

You cannot renew earlier than 45 days before your license expires. If you log in before 45 days, your license will not appear to need renewal.
