How To Renew Your Real Estate License In West Virginia

Complete the Required Courses

An active West Virginia real estate license is valid from July 1st until June 30th. In order to renew their license for the next year, a real estate licensee must complete 7 hours of WVREC-approved continuing education courses before June 30th. There is a provisional late renewal period from from July 1 to September 31, and a reinstatement period from October 1 to December 31 for those whose licenses have lapsed.
